Bonjour chers amis de Fitness,

J’espère que vous avez bien commencé la nouvelle année avec de nouvelles résolutions et des objectifs.
On ne doit pas voir la nouvelle année comme une raison pour un nouveau départ, mais en mieux .
Donc, j’ai également pris la nouvelle année comme raison pour recommencer à partir de zéro.

Je dois avouer qu’il est très difficile après une longue période irrégulière de sport et d’une alimentation pas très adaptée de recommencer conformément au plan.

Beaucoup de personnes disent: „ Oh oui, avec toi, cela va allez vite.“ je me souviens encore de mes débuts il y a 3 ans. Bien qu’à cette époque j’ai commencé à zéro, cela me paraissait plus facile qu’aujourd’hui. Même si j’ai réalisé beaucoup de choses dans ce sport, bien plus que les objectifs que je m’étais fixés, je n’ai pas réussi à maintenir cette discipline.
Et cela va être très difficile pour moi de revenir à 100%. Cela ne va pas être si simple. Je voudrais juste dire que pour chaque athlète ou sportif que nous admirons,il y a beaucoup de discipline, pour être un modèle pour vous et lui-même.

Mais je sais que cela est possible, et je veux façonner mon corps pour qu’il soit mieux qu’actuellement. Je me motive avec ma transformation d’avant, que vous pouvez aussi voir sur les photos suivantes.

Pour cette discipline nécessaire, il faut naturellement inclure un régime adapté et un plan d’entraînement.

Mon régime alimentaire actuel est semblable à celui que j’avais à mes débuts avec mon entraîneur Alex Stampoulidis.

Petit déjeuner:

Collation:

  • 250g de fromage blanc
  • 50g de galette de mais

Déjeuner:

  • 200g de salade mélangée
  • 200g de poitrine de poulet
  • 50g de pain noir
  • 20g d’huile d’olive

Avant l’entrainement:

 Après l’entrainement:


Diner:

  • 200g de poitrine de poulet
  • 200g de brocoli
  • 10g d’huile d’olive

Mon plan d’entrainement est resté le même qu’à mes débuts, après quelques tentatives de faire autrement, nous avons constaté assez rapidement que pour moi, il était plus efficace de m’entrainer sur deux scissions, deux fois par semaine les jambes et deux fois par semaine le haut du corps.

Pour le commencement, c’est ok, si à l’occasion, pour cause de temps, je laisse de côté la deuxième séance d’entrainement du haut du corps. Tout au moins jusqu’à je sois de nouveau dans le rythme.

Comme vous pouvez le voir, je dois tout recommencer.
Mon prochain check-up est à la fin du mois de janvier et je vous tiendrais naturellement informé.
