A temps pour ce début de mois, nous vous présentons l’athlète du mois de février 2015 Sven Zimmermann.

Sven Zimmermann est un entraîneur personnel, par passion!

Chère équipe de POWERSTAR FOOD,

Mon nom est Sven Zimmermann, j’ai 25 ans et je suis un travailleur indépendant dans le domaine d’entraîneur personnel et entraîneur en ligne.

J’ai fait de mon hobby une carrière et c’est un travail que j’aime. J’accompagne mes clients dans le chemin d’une nouvelle vie. Je vous aide à trouver un régime alimentaire qui vous convient et à vous entraîner correctement!

J’ai commencé à 4 ans avec le hockey sur glace et suis depuis l’enfance, très sportif.

A 19 ans, j’ai découvert ma passion pour les sports de force. J’étais en insuffisance pondérale et devait changer quelque chose dans ma vie!

A ce stade, je me suis tous les jours informé sur le thème „Santé et Nutrition »

Pendant mes études de double Bachelor “économie et santé“, j’ai acquis beaucoup d’expérience pratique en tant qu’entraîneur, et peu maintenant conseiller mes clients sur place ou en ligne!

Au cours de ma transformation, j’ai gagné un total de 20 kg, et je ne peux plus imaginer ma vie sans sport de force!
En outre, je suis l’entraîneur officiel de “Off-Ice“, des „EHC Zweibrücken Hornets“, je supervise les garcons au cours de la pré-saison.
