et bienvenue sur mon quatrième blog. Bien que j’ ai assez bien commencé techniquement l’entraînement, en cette nouvelle année, malheureusement, un certain désenchantement se fait largement ressentir, depuis que j’’ai été obligé de garder le lit après une angine et inflammation des gencives.
Le tout était malheureusement assez désagréable, parce que le fait de s’alimenter fût très difficile, mais bon c’est comme ça et cela va passer.. Je me rends compte une fois de plus, ce qu’est la valeur d’être en bonne santé.

Je dois complètement récupérer avant de pouvoir travailler à nouveau, tout d’abord parce que je tiens à avoir un entrainement de pleine puissance et efficace et, deuxièmement, le risque est d’un contrecoup ou pire encore une inflammation du muscle cardiaque, ce qui ne doit pas être sous-estimé.
Donc maintenant assez de jérémiades, le véritable thème de ce blog est autre chose, à savoir:
Le Foam-Roller
Quiconque l’a déjà utilisé,apprécie les avantages d’un Foamroller. Avec lui, on peut efficacement résoudre les adhérences dans les muscles et la raideur musculaire peut donc être réduite.
J’ utilise mon Foamroller souvent comme échauffement avant une flexion difficile ou un levage. Je travaille avec principalement pour, mon dos (surtout le bas), mes cuisses,mes ischio-jambiers et mes mollets.
J’ai mon Foam-Roller avec moi, même pendant mes vacances au ski, et je l’utilise pour atténuer les courbatures des muscles des jambes.
Parfois j’utilise même le Foam-Roller entre mes séries de squat, lorsque le bas de mon dos se „ferme“.
Donc, qui ne l’a pas encore utilisé, doit le faire en tant que „Booster de régénération“ efficace. Et il certes,très agréable de rouler les muscles de la cuisse pendant une violente douleur musculaire, le mieux est encore, avec toute la charge sur une jambe.
