Bonjour chers amis de Fitness,

Fin janvier, j’ai eu mon premier check-up de l’année.

Bien que j’ai suivi mon plan d’alimentation depuis le 5 janvier 2015, cela n’a pas été suffisant pour obtenir un bon résultat.  

Je dois admettre, que j’ai acquis quelques Cheatmeals qui n’ont pas été vraiment approuvé par mon entraîneur Alex Stampoulidis.

Mais je pense, que la raison principale était les vacances de Noêl, parce que je me suis un peu laisser aller avec la nourriture. Et oui, le résultat n’est évidemment pas très encourageant.
Pendant la période de fin Novembre à fin Janvier, j’ai pris 1% de matières grasses. H.D de 25,6% à 26,3%.

 

Maintenant cela suffit avec la rigolade!

Mon plan de régime alimentaire actuel comprend:

Petit déjeuner:

  • 100g de blanc de poulet
  • 30g de gaufres de mais

Déjeuner:

  • 200g de salade
  • 10g d’huile d’olive
  • 150g de blanc de poulet
  • 200g de brocoli

Tout d’abord, je vais commencer par un régime strict, pour obtenir un pourcentage raisonnable de graisse corporelle. cela en est de trop avec les bonnes choses. En plus, je reconstruis mon cardio, suivant le temps qui me reste.
Après 2 ou 3 semaines, je reprendrais le plan du dernier rapport de blog. Cela dépendra bien sûr du résultat de ma graisse corporelle.

Je me souviens encore de mon premier rendez vous avec Alex. A cette époque, mon pourcentage de graisse corporelle était de 29,8%, et au deuxième rendez vous de 26,5% .GT.
