L’athlète du mois Décembre 2015 ist Dennis Schaeffer. Pendant son temps de loisir il ne fait seulement du sport, mais il en a pratiquement fait son métier.
Comme thérapeute au secteur réadaptation et santé, il peut briller avec une quantité de qualifications.

depuis des année déjà je suis un fan enthousiasmé de Powerstarfood et rien ne va changer!

Ma finalité professionelle c’est la thérapie de réadaptation (Orthopédie) et l’entretien général de la santé (thérapie sportive).

Au secteur sport et fitness je suis connu comme „Powerhoop Master Instructor Germany„, c’est la raison par laquelle la DVD-Powerhoop a été créee. Ensuite il y avait beaucoup de présentations natinales/internationales et mes conceptions d’entraînement qui ont trouvé accès dans ce secteur.

Pour rester en forme et en bonne santé , ma copine Marina (bachelière professionnele pour les soins de santé et sociaux), nous faisons beaucoup de sport.
