Voilà, le nouveau Athlète du mois de juin 2014 de POWERSTAR FOOD

Mon nom est Dennis Tertysnik, je viens de Dortmund et je suis âgé de 25 ans.
Je suis un sportif en herbe, professeur de religion et d’allemand et un ambitieux athlète de culturisme.

Comme probablement tous les jeunes garcons de mon age, j’ai regardé avec mon père et avec grand plaisir les films dans lesquels Sylvester Stallone, Jean- Claude Van Damme et bien sûr Arnold Schwarzenegger ont joué dans les années soixante-dix et quatre-vingt, tels que le karaté Tiger, Bloodsport, Rocky et Terminator et qui ont créé un nouveau culte du corps,
ce qui m’a conduit à la musculation.

Pendant que je terminais toutes mes études, je dansais sur les trois fronts, car ce fut aussi la période préparatoire d’Hesse, de Rhénanie du Nord-Ouest et du championnat Allemand que je terminais avec succès,

  • et je pris la première place en Hesse pour les hommes de 70 kg, 
     
  • en NRW la troisième chez les hommes de 80 kg, et parce qu’il n’y avait pas assez d’athlètes qui ont concuru dans ma classe,
  • j’ai finalement obtenu le championnat allemand de runner-up à 70 kg dans ma première saison.

Je vais dans les années à venir essayer de travailler pour la 2 classe homme, parce que le sport me donne beaucoup de plaisir et me porte dans un rythme dont l’effet est positif sur ma vitalité.
